Feature

The Image

Internal KungFu is about balance, not too much or too little. This applies to exercise, combat, meditation, weapon work, social interaction and any part of your life connected or not connected to KungFu. Remember the Annual Kungfu Camp will be in November, we will be sending out the next mail with the exact dates etc for the camp.

Finally

As the end of year starts to roll in, more and more students get into the holiday season and want to relax. Please remember that if you love your KungFu so much, we will NOT be breaking. Obviously as the year draws in the classes get smaller, all that means is you will get more attention. Everyone who takes classes right through has always said how much they have learnt and how much fun it all was. If you have not started yet or have not been to the classes for a while, NOW is the time to start!
